The privacy training video was designed to educate Airbnb employees on safeguarding personal data and complying with essential regulatory standards. The challenge was to present complex information in a user-friendly and comprehensible manner.

Collaborating with the creative director and fellow designer, we developed characters, illustrations of unique Airbnb accommodations, and a storyboard. The concept involved a character named Owlivia, who visits various Airbnb locations to discuss privacy and safety topics. We received feedback that it helped the employees grasp intricate information easily, making the experience more memorable and engaging.
