Twitter Disabled and Able

Twitter was recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion.” I had the privilege of being a designer for their impactful tentpole, #DisabledAndAbled, which celebrated the diversity and strength of individuals with all levels of abilities. The objective was to create a visually empowering experience that challenges biases against disability, fosters positivity, promotes empathy, and celebrates unity.
The existing ampersand icon was refreshed with vibrant colors that embody energy and diversity. My intention was to develop a motivational storyboard that celebrates the environment that Twitter has established. The three lines lead the animation, representing growth and the collective journey toward reaching new heights together.

All the assets were designed with high accessibility standards to maximize the chances of everyone being able to get the information regardless of ability, context, or situation.
